- 1 / 5By Daniel JacksonBooked for full head colour and cut with eyebrow wax and dye, was not told the dye range had changed and then phoned on the day of the appointment to say I needed a patch test. I can't get in anywhere else to have my hair done before my holiday now because of their incompetence. Also the last time I used them the girl that did my eyebrows got brown dye on my freshly bleached blonde hair. So one to avoid for many reasons.
